Are you making a mistake? Do you mean 13万？Monthly?
You wrote ¥1,750,000. Are you sure that is correct? if that is every month then you will be rolling in the money LOL but if that is for the whole year then you can’t survive at all
If that’s your annual salary, those are poverty wages. Absolute bottom of the barrel eikaiwa jobs are 25万 monthly/300万 annually because that’s the minimum required to sponsor a visa (a different story if you’re coming to work in a factory).
You are earning too little for 13万 rent and utilities, even for Aichi. You will starve here. Please reconsider coming to Japan or look for a cheaper apartment.
Is the 17.5万円 after taxes and other mandatory expenses (health insurance and pension)?
If not, the amount after subtracting them is probably 14万円.
