I just moved to Japan, specifically Himeji. I want to get a bicycle, hoping to get a second hand one to save some money. Where can I find such listings here? Also, any suggestion for discerning a good seller from a bad one?
My go-to for anything second hand would be Hard-Off, sometimes you may find a gem in new condition there. I was able to secure a brand new stainless steel frame made in Fukushima bicycle there for 12,000 yennies, I never signed up for the 1300 yen registration though.
There will be sales of bicycles that have been collected from in front of the station. In my area they are once a month.
