The specialty store, and I mean SPECIALTY store, not regular store, would be in Osaka. Tokyo does have many regular stores, but they do not specialize in the Zippo craft, as in experts who can discern the make, model, and year of the lighter.
I smoke cigars, and I use anime zippos. I bought my zippos all through don quijote, but it’s not like they would be able to authenticate them, let alone know what the price is without doing a double-check.
