Ah, I used to have that Chindougu book I think. Time to scour it for other inventions that were ahead of their time but haven’t found a market yet. Like that head-mounted toilet paper dispenser..

Many of the today inventions are dubbed useless while they have potential.
When I went to Japan in 2015 selfie sticks were insanely popular. Disneyland wouldn’t allow them.

Geniuses are never truly appreciated at the time
They also invented the instant coffee before their time and was discarded as useless. An American made the patent instead.
I actually own this book. Bought it in a book store in LA a few months back for like $5. There’s actually some pretty funny inventions in it.
