In need of 8.5 days Itinerary in kansai region advice

I am traveling to KIX on 20 Oct arriving at 8.00 AM and leaving Japan 3 PM of 28 Oct, so I have roughly 8 days and 8 nights. Please note that I have been to Japan 2 times, tokyo 2 times, Okinawa, and Fukuoka. I will be visiting with my girlfriend so we are not in a group. My interest is food and video games, I love Yakininku, Shabu, and Japanese food in general. As for her, my girlfriend is interested in sightseeing, so she tends to want to visit as many places as possible.

Please give me an advice on how many days should I spend on each city.I plan to visit Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Yokasan, and maybe Kobe+himeji castle.will the plan will be too tight I can drop one or two places. We are from Thailand and we are visiting Vietnam before going to Japan and Hanoi after we leave Japan, so my girlfriend is okay with temple hopping but not a big fan.Any place do you guys recommend will be welcome too.

My Itinerary right now is like this

Is this itinerary too tight or too loose, or maybe you guys can suggest more suitable pass for us since sometimes its kinda frustrating to pick which pass to buy or just buy single ticket?.

Additionally is it hard to find XBOX series X console in Japan since I believe PS5 is probably sold out everywhere.

  1. I would recommend trying to spend some more time in Wakayama in general.

Koya-san is an absolutely incredible experience and will help you connect with the history of Buddhism in Japan.

Wakayama City, though, is a beautiful seaside city that is very walkable, loads of Wakayama ramen (rich, thicker tonkotsu style), and a beautiful castle in the middle of the city that you can see the seascape and mountains.
