  1. Is the sashimi served on painted stones? Or are they upsidedown bowls? If stones, are they refrigerated to keep cool the sashimi?

  2. Did you eat the shrimp heads too? All the goodies inside? I’ve never been given the heads raw too but they’re beautiful I would have slurped them up as well!! Also, looks incredible all together!
