For a while I’ve been wanting to do more “substantial” meditation.
I.e. within a temple, or outside in nature, or just overall more serious and separated from day-to-day life. Perhaps with instruction (although my Japanese isn’t strong).
Basically I have no idea where to start or what to look for. I’ve visited temples sometimes and thought “do people meditate somewhere in here?” but not known where or who to ask.
Overall I have a fairly stressful life and I imagine some solid meditation sessions in a nice setting would help with this.
So open to ideas what direction I should go.
