I’ve been trying to find a beach in Kanto you could swim in October, but seems to be impossible. All the swimming periods end in September. Is my dream to swim in the ocean impossible? I don’t want to go to Okinawa, it’s too hot for me already (i’m from Scandinavia)

There’s no fences blocking you from swimming at any of the beaches, just no lifeguards and limited and/or no open facilities.
