1. Poorly titled article. I thought the parents were shot and was confused as to why their son was in the article header.

2. I remember this. But a Japanese National advocating a law change in a country they have 1) no voting rights 2) are not US citizens 3) they don’t even live in the US.

   So how are they going to change anything?

   Regardless, unfortunate event.
