Ayyyy are we going to start holding leaders accountable in some way for the actions of their organizations? I can think of a few people who would be interested to know that if they “violated a basic duty of care, which amounts to serious negligence”, they will be held accountable.
Or is this only for the little people?
What an awful situation for the families. I just couldn’t avoid noticing that this would never fly for powerful people making much larger mistakes.
2 year prison term?!? The parents of the dead girls will have a lifetime sentence without their daughter.
