I think a lot of people get tripped up because they can’t read fast enough. Read a lot for fun.
I think it’ll vary so much by person, I’m not sure other’s advice on this will be too much help. Try to take a practice test under test conditions so you can learn where you personally struggle.
Just to illustrate, the reading section was incredibly easy for me, I got nearly a perfect score there, so those who have already commented saying they struggled there wouldn’t benefit from focusing on what I did (which was listening).
