Have you tried transferring money to your JP account? If yes, how? I keep on trying with my account but it says that there’s something wrong with my account but I couldn’t figure out what it is.
I did it to my smbc account. Maybe you need to input what kind of error or something is wrong with your account thing ( what exactly does it mean?) does it say like your account is limited or needs further verification from you or maybe needed to link a credit card
