This is my second time in Japan.
Planning to arrive in Tokyo 10/31 maybe around 5pm JST*. Because it’s on a Monday, does that mean Halloween will be less busy? i.e. Shibuya Halloween 2022 will be celebrated Sunday night?
I’m actually looking forward to the crowds but just wanted to confirm if the crowds will be as lively on a worknight. If not I’ll just give myself more breathing room on the travels.
