I’m interested in going to Japan to check out the view at 市章山 in the winter time. How would I safely get up there by foot? I noticed that the Venus Bridge is closed for maintenance until February? Is there another way to get up there, or any nearly place with a similar view of Kobe I can go to in a safe manner?
I see there are hiking trials like Ikariyama but I’m not sure here they start/stop and if it’s safe to walk on the road there? Also are there wildlife I should be aware of if I head up to see the sunrise?
