So I recently started a new internet plan with IIJIMIO at bic camera like 2 months ago, and what is my surprise when I’m getting full price charged when I’m supposedly be getting discounts due to campaigns and stuff. Since Japan takes like a month to take a freaking payment, I still can’t access my customer area and see what the hell they charged. Anybody else in a situation like this?

Campaign discounts usually start at the second billing.
