Hey all, have found a house we love, but working with a real useless shit of an agent.
Before even going to the inspection he told us we would ‘have to decide if we want to buy’ and then told us about another foreign couple who backed out of buying so the owner may be concerned about foreigners and loans etc.
Despite being quite rude to my wife, we went to an inspection of the house – he was not there and the owner took us around.
I’ve heard additionally that other brokers assist with loan applications too, but I don’t know if I even trust this guy with that.
The company is called livable and the brokerage fee in his estimate was above the 3%.
Is it possible to change the real estate agent to buy this property? Would we have to ask the owner (who we did get her LINE)?
