A few notes/ questions:
\-Would it be worth to stop by Nagano and look around the city on my way to Takayama? I would be stopping at Nagano to transfer anyway
\-You might be wondering why Im using the Ta-Q-bin service so much but my mom’s travelling with me and I want to make this a seamless trip for her as much as possible haha. I’ve also read that Ta-Q-bin is able to store your luggage for up to 5 days and send to your next location on a specific date you want within those 5 days, which is very helpful. Please let me know if there’s a more productive way to use the service!
\-I plan to explore the Chubu/Japanese Alps region because I read that I’d be able to see fall foliage in the higher areas at this time (I thought about going to North but transport there seems to be a bit of a hassle). However my itinerary could be changed, so any suggestions to go elsewhere is welcome!
\-Any good onsen recommendations is appreciated! I’ve always wanted to try an onsen so I will be a first timer.
