1) Im travelling with my GF, we do like to travel fast, we are used doing 3-4 countries in europe in 2-3 weeks. We are young and do not mind walking a lot and waking up early.
2) Im mostly looking for advice in relation to the days spread in each city so i can book hotels, i will fill out the intercity itinerary with time.
3) Considering Scrapping off Kanaza entirely, and spread the 2 days into a Day trip to Kobe and/or something else, maybe going directly to Nikko and spending a day there before going back to tokyo.
4) Im leaving Tokyo and heavy shopping for last, because that way i dont need to carry heavy bags around.
Looking for tips and suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

Don’t cut Kanazawa over Kobe. Kobe is boring af but Kanazawa is awesome.
