So me and my partner were supposed to go March of 2020 with our high school class, obviously we never went. Ever since hearing about the news of the borders reopening we immediately booked a flight for the Cherry Blossom Season in Japan. We are staying 10 days in Tokyo, 6 days in Osaka (2 of those days are dedicated to visiting Nara and Kyoto) and I am just looking for general advice. This is a super rough draft of what we want to do and just wanted to see if some days are too jammed pack, or if some days I can add a little more or if its a good balance between all the activities we want to do in. And if all the activities we want to do are doable within that certain day. Here is our itinerary for 2 people!
3/18 – Arrive in narita airport @ 6 pm ish, pocket wifi, straight to hotel in tokyo and unwind / rest maybe explore a bit around area

3/27 – Cherry Blossom Day in Tokyo! Ueno park cherry blossom festival, meguro river, inokashira park
3/28 – Leave tokyo, head to airbnb in Osaka! Gonna get japan rail pass for a week and start using it this day till we leave japan!
3/29 – Kyoto Day! Head to Kyoto from Osaka, go to Ginkaku ji Temple, Daigoji, Kiyosaka Shrine, Maruyama park, Okazaki Canal & Keage Incline, Haradanien, Philosopher’s path head back to airbnb in Osaka at end of day (this day is very jammed pack but not too sure if it is literally too much and we should cut some things out of it)
3/30 – Cherry Blossom Day in Osaka! Boat Ride (have to schedule there), Osaka Castle Park, Kema Sakuranomiya Park
3/31 – Nara Day! Head to Nara in morning visit Nara park, Isuien Garden, Kasuga Taisha and head back to Osaka at end of day!
4/1 – Super Nintendo Land Day – head to universal studios
4/2 – Osaka Aquarium and Osaka Castle
4/3 – Leave Osaka super early probably around 7/8 am to head to tokyo and from tokyo leave to narita airport and board flight back home @ 5pm – this kind of scared/nervous how it’s gonna work out not sure if we have enough time to get to the airport and be able to check in and stuff for our flight or if we should leave osaka early spend one night in tokyo and just be closer to the airport just in case

I am sorry, I think you slipped in the line somewhere when typing out the dates. because, it looks like you missed some days in kyoto because that one day plan might not be possible with a teleporter…
all kidding asides. that kyoto day is insane. youll never ever ever get half of that done, much less all of it
