Should be in Japan in a bit over a month, and my company is offering an apartment, or I can find my own. I do not want to use the company apartment as they would not let my SO live there. Which websites would be the best place to look? I will only be in the country for 2-3 months. I don’t have pets, so that’s not an issue. What websites did y’all use to find somewhere?

Look at a leopalace if it’s only for a few months. Probably need to get onto this fast if you’re only a month out from flying.
There are serviced apartments like Oakwood that I’d recommend as good short term apartments. They are generally nicer than but also more expensive than leopalaces (sometimes much more depending upon the specific place).

suumo.jp, but that might not work for you since it’s a Japanese site and you might need a Japanese spouse or someone to call up landlords and realtors since they might not bother with foreigners.
My advice: If you can, get a 3-bedroom and not a two bedroom.
