I’m going to Japan in January and the days that I’m there land on the Tokyo Sumo Tournament. Has anyone ever gone? Are there certain rules to follow when going to a live Japanese event? I read on the website that vocal cheering isn’t allowed, just applause. And to keep mask on at all times. It’s my first time going to Japan, so I’d appreciate any other advice that comes to mind. Ticket sales open on the 10th of December and do tend to sell quickly, especially the good seats
