my bf and i are students travelling to japan from 30th november to 15th december, and we saw on some news articles that there will be coupons and discounts given under the go to travel campaign in japan. it seems like we can only apply for discounts if we book the accommodation directly from the hotels’ websites, but we have actually booked through apps such as Trip, Agoda since a few months ago.
i’ve been trying to find online if there are other ways we can get the discounts as tourists, or to collect from airport, but i can’t seem to find any answer for this.
being able to save some money even if it’s for food or transport would really help us, so i’m wondering if there are any other ways for us to get these coupons?
by the way, the places we are going to are osaka, arima onsen, kyoto, nara 🙂
