Should I stay as regular employee(already 3 years no bonuses, no salary up) or dispatch with an increased salary?
Need to decide on one and then will look for a new company as a regular employee… Also by the end of next year going to apply for PR… so idk..

If the regular employee job is paying less and has the same benefits, I think there is very little thought to go into this. Work for the company that will give you more money and benefits.
You gave the company 3 years and they effectively lowered your salary every year. I think that tells you all you need to know about them.
A stable employment history is important for getting PR.
