I am trying to find an alternate of “CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for Psoriasis Treatment” in Japan, It’s an over-the-counter cream for treating psoriasis from the states.

Go to a skin doctor and get prescription cream. It’ll be less expensive than OTC, and more effective.
If you scroll down you can see the list of “Key Ingredients”. I use this website to find out what’s in the product I’m looking for a dupe for! Once I know those key ingredients I can start looking for products containing them. It’s honestly one of the most useful websites I’ve ever found haha
Unfortunately that cream looks jam packed with really great ingredients… I’d be surprised if you’re able to find 1 cream with all of those ingredients in. Perhaps try and find 2 or even 3 creams that include most of the ingredients?
Maybe also try asking in r/AsianBeauty for Asian psoriasis creams that might be more available. As others have said, doctors here often just give steroid creams (and they’re also sold in drug stores and Amazon without being clearly marked as steroids!!). I hope you can find some products that work for you. Good luck!
have you tried iherb? They sometimes stock cerave (same with [amazon.jp](https://amazon.jp) but you need to buy a few bottles at once).
