I just renewed my visa for another 3 years but when I went to collect it they said that I changed employer… I said I didn’t but they asked if the employer had changed to an Ltd which they did 2 years ago.
They gave me this piece of paper with a link to E-immigration system but no info on what I’m actually meant to do, I checked the site and can’t see anything that I’m meant to do other than create an account but no other foreigner in my work has done that
I’m actually confused if I’m meant to do anything at all… my coworker who renewed his visa a few months before didn’t get this issue and my boss is convinced this is just a warning or something as they already gave me back a renewed visa for 3 years.
Anyone have any idea?

Without seeing the (redacted) note how are we supposed to help?
You need to update your employment information.
You may not have changed employers, but your employer’s status as an entity has.
This happened to my company years ago (became a KK) and my employer submitted the ‘job change’ with immigration to the new entity themselves (I remember because they had to double check my address before giving it to the scrivener, but for the others they just did it without saying anything). Maybe they did it with the other employees but somehow forgot you? Anyway it needs to be done because clearly what has happened is they noticed your company name was slightly different on their record vs the documents from the (technically) new company. Maybe the person who screened your co-workers simply didn’t notice the small difference and you got someone who is actually good at their job by (bad) luck. Either way, either you will have to update it on the site yourself or your company should do it.
