BOJ Kuroda says will keep loose monetary policy despite weak yen

  1. In Japan, the use of loans is very high, so raising interest rates will affect Japanese consumption.Loans are used to purchase items above a certain price, such as houses and cars.    🚘 🏡  

  2. Japan really needs to balance its budget and reduce spending to curb some of their high debt to gdp.

    It’s like playing cat and mouse with rates and inflation. Because once they raise inflation the debt bill on interest payments will become higher.

    It’s happening in the US with raising rates and the ballon debt to gdp.

    Global economy is on a foundation with many cracks forming. It can be curbed but with globalization and countries fighting for resources and hierarchy who knows.

    I’m not an economist just my personal perspective.
