If you’re worried about language issues, most of the regular ones have online portals that you can just use Google Chrome translate on, and if you need to call will arrange a translator over the phone. I’ve only ever made one claim on mine (Zurich) after being rear-ended by an old woman. The person who was put on my case spoke English.
