I am trying to sign up for ANA Mileage Club, I am from United States and live in San Jose, CA . when ANA website has me filling out form, when I get to city name or Municipality, it doesn’t recognize San Jose , instead I get this red warning :
* **Please enter Municipality only with half-width characters.**
does anyone here know a workaround. I’m surprised a Japanese site does not recognize San Jose, a city with a significant Japanese population.

Try entering without symbols/spaces.
Could you not just…enter it in half-width characters? There are websites online that can convert full-width to half-width for you, if you don’t want to download a japanese keyboard.
