Ill be visiting family in Japan and flying in on Jan 1. I’m aware that a lot of things are closed Jan 1 in Japan due to national holidays, including Jan 2 due to it being the first Monday.
We usually order a pocket waifu that gets sent the Jal ABC counter in Haneda airport to pick up everytime we arrive from our flight but at this is Jan 1. I’m curious if anyone knows if that counter will be open at all at that time so we can pick up our usual parcel, or if it’ll be closed like other post offices. Thanks

There are several JalABC counters in Haneda. Assuming you’ll arrive terminal 3 (likely, but things can change and some international flights land in other terminals these days), they are open everyday including Jan 1st, the counter on the departure floor closes at 10pm but the one on the arrival floor does not.
