I am thinking of buying jiko bukken and plan to rent it out. Its in a desirable suburb and getting it at very low price for obvious reason. It seems that someone had committed suicide 7 years ago.
As far as I read on the internet, the owner only has obligation to inform to buyer and not the tenantif 3 years have already passed.

I am just curious if there are any regulation or obligations in regards to jikko bukken.
