You should learn hiragana(that includes dakuten and handakuten) then katakana and then Kanji
I don’t understand your question about (じ)ji and zu(ず)
If you blocked reddit and focused on learning the kana instead of making posts about them and finding a Japanese wife i bet you’d be done by now
most people recommend you start learning Hiragana and Katakana, then Kanji. I think following any order strictly is mistaken. Just start making flashcards of example sentences with both audio and writing on the front of the card. Create separate decks for kana and kanji and aim to do a consistent number (maybe 5-20 a day each deck) and work through them while you continue mining for sentences. *Do not read the sentences when you go through your flashcards*. Just listen to the audio recording and try and keep up. The goal isn’t to learn to recall how to read characters, it’s just to give your brain a memory of the characters you’re learning being used in an actual context while you learn to write them separately on your own time.
Please don’t wait until you’ve learned all the Hiragana, all the Katakana, and an arbitrary amount of Kanji to start reading along with Japanese like most people on this subreddit will tell you to do.
