I just moved to Setagaya, and I moved in a Mansion that already had internet but Its really bad, and when I asked my real estate they recommended that I get the internet from Biglobe, after I waited for weeks to install, the guy from the installation came and watched the lan spot for 2 minutes and told me that since the real estate company wouldn’t let him do any work, he couldn’t install anything, and I found it very strange because I confirmed twice with Biglobe if they had passed the installation plan with the real estate company and they had told me that everything was fine.
I would like to know if this is normal and if there’s any other plan there I can get another internet.

That is weird. By the way did your real state company told you that it is ok to do constructions with regards to ntt line? Maybe that is needed and what happened is miscommunication or something. Almost all apartments i know already have line installed (atleast from old tenants) so i am really confused why do they need to remove the line if it is not accesible anyway if you do not have their special router
