I’m going to take the license conversion test, and I found Tokyo Driving School online. Website seemed about as good/bad as any other driving school website, but when I called to make a class reservation (before-test practice only), “reception” was a woman clearly in her apartment or something with kids crying in the background. Payment is supposed to be first, then they pick you up on the instruction day and take you to the “school”, wherever that is. Seems kind of sketch to me, since they don’t have a real school or even office it seems, so I’m wondering if anyone has given them a try before or can speak to the quality and the legitimacy of the service.
