I currently live in a single apartment and frequently have my girlfriend sleepover at mine. She has her own apartment where she pays rent. I’ve recently gotten a message from my real estate agency that they’ve noticed she comes out of the apartment and they might evict me if they find out that she’s been living there.
Should I be worried?

Since she has her own place and pays rent, can’t you prove to your real estate company she has her own place. She should have a contract and payment receipt or withdrawals from a bank book.
N why would you not be allowed to be two living ?
No wonder Japanese population is declining if you cannot have your gf over 😅
If she is de facto living there, then you would be in violation of your lease. That said, simply knowing that will not necessarily be enough for a landlord to evict you.
But it would be best to either start looking for a new place, or have your girlfriend stay over less frequently/stay at her place more often.
