I was wondering if anyone had some good ideas of content I could put on my phone so that I could easily listen to it without any internet connection. Ideally to be able to continuously listen for 5 hours uninterrupted. Audiobooks, podcasts, or just lessons. So far I plan on japanesepod101 (that can be downloaded with premium right?) but if anyone has another or better suggestion I will be happy to see it.

Google podcasts lets you download episodes for free . There are some learning podcasts there (Japanese with Noriko I think is popular). I’m sure iTunes will be similar.
I most listen to random foodie stuff (slap in 料理の or グルメ into the search bar). Recommend you pick a theme and just listen to a few different things to check level and make sure the voices/sound quality isn’t annoying.
