What are the facilities like at WINS betting shops in Japan?
In Australia you can go to pub TABs where you can buy meals and drinks and relax with friends. We also have TAB betting shops with no food and drinks where it is only a betting shop (quite depressing).
Do the WINS OTB shops have food and a bar where you could relax with friends or is it more like a pure betting shop?

Very odd question, I cant give you a for sure answer but I don’t think there are pubs like that in Japan. Also alcohol and gambling together sounds like a disaster waiting to happen for me lol.
