Shops for Halloween costume in Kobe/Osaka

Hi everybody,

First Halloween in Japan.
I was wondering if you have any shop recommendations for buying/renting Halloween costume in Osaka/Kobe.

I will also take any recommendations for the best place to actually go this Saturday for Halloween. I was thinking about Shinsaibashi in Osaka but maybe there are other, better places.
