Bike registration: does anything need to be done if address changes?

I’m in Tokyo.

If I move out to an address within the same ward, do I need to update my bike registration (I sure need to update my driving licence for example).

What if my new address is still in Tokyo but another ward? Or what if it’s not even Tokyo anymore?
