POEs and Employment of Record (title typo, oops) services are a common topic to get brought up around here, but I’m curious if anyone has any recommendations? My employer in the US is looking to potentially set me up with one (looking to make student relocation permanent, but stay employed with them). However, as a small company (like, sub-15 staff) we’re running into the issue of many services either being too expensive (G-P is $1000 per-employee in addition to all the other fees) or being affordable but not offering services or visa sponsorship in Japan (Deel, for example, was reasonably priced, but has no JP presence for visa).
Hoping to get some 1st hand accounts/recommendations.
