I’ve been struggling with my mental health and it’s gotten way worse after moving to Japan around six months ago. I want someone who could diagnose me with ADHD if I have it.
I would appreciate some recommendations for a doctor who can speak English and a clinic which accepts health insurance. I live around north of Tokyo.
Last time I went to a Japanese general physician who could supposedly speak English but I didn’t understand a word of what he was saying and it was really hard to communicate with him. So if anyone knows a good clinic from experience that would be nice.
