what would be the difference? I searched for its meaning and I have noticed that dekirareru almost has the same meaning to dekimasu(from suru) .. our teacher is having a hard time making us understand the difference .. added that someone from class made an example with “koto ga dekiraremasu” which made it more complicated as we only studied the part that “koto ga” is used only in “koto ga dekimasu” and “koto ga aru” .. please help me

Is it a situation where you’d be translating できる as “complete” so できられる translates to “able to complete”? There are other uses of できる aside from the potential form replacement for する
られる can be both potential and passive form. In this case it would only make sense for it to be passive. Passive form in Japanese can be used to add a layer of indirectness that seems more polite. But I don’t think 出来られる is used at all, since if you wanted to polite you’d say お出来になる, or just try not to use 出来る at all.
In the end, I think it would be best not to think too hard about it. Not all aspects of language will fit perfectly together, and even if you say something grammatically correct, that doesn’t mean the other person won’t think it sounds weird.
I haven’t seen dekirareru or koto ga dekiraremasu used anywhere in 20 years so please show me how this would be natural Japanese. also, where is your teacher from? Also what are you trying to achieve?
