My friend and I (both 24M) will be traveling to Japan for 12 days. I’m currently on an exchange semester in Korea and my friend is traveling in Indonesia, so luckily jetlag won’t be a problem when we arrive. We will use the 7-day JR Rail Pass from the 18th until the 24th. For our itinerary (general itinerary can be seen below), we would like to make use of our Rail Pass one more time on the last day it is valid. We were wondering which day trip might be nicest to do from Tokyo, a day trip to Kawaguchi-ko, Nikko, or Fukushima? Any other comments on our itinerary are also more than welcome!
