Not sure if this is the right subreddit but I have some questions about going to university in Japan.
I’m in my senior year of high school and gonna graduate in June 2023. I’m thinking about applying to the MEXT Scholarship program so I could go to university in Japan.
I’ve seen on the MEXT website that you need to take a Japanese language test but If I’m going to apply to an English course is that still necessary?
As I told u, I’m graduating in June next year, so is there any way I could start university in fall 2023 rather than spring 2024. I don’t really wanna waste half a year so starting in the fall would be great.
And lastly (I think) what are some good universities that offer 100% English courses? I’m interested in studying marketing, nutrition or maybe Psychology (yes i’m not decided on anything yet HELP)
Would also take any advice if you guys have any (:

if you apply MEXT from embassy you cannot take English course I think. You can apply directly to the university but not sure if the majors you listed are provided.
