For reference, this is basically a slang way of saying “middling”, basically when something is really mediocre, but it’s super slangy. It would be the equivalent level of slang as using イタいin Japanese to mean cringey.
I’m not sure how to say it in a slangy way, I would go with ビミョー, but not sure it conveys the same exact slang meaning as in English
