Does anyone else have the same experience dealing with a Japanese ex with whom you share a child?
I pay her Â¥300k a month and in return meant to have three days visiting rights a week. However, everything is under her terms:- she always has to be there and currently I have go to her place since she refuses to come to mine unless I move since an ex GF lived at my place for a while. I’m moving but now she says I have to get rid of all my furniture and buy new stuff because the ex GF used the furniture for a while! WTH. Holidays, visits to my countryside place, all on her terms otherwise she threatens to cut off ties with my son.
I know there’s nothing practical I can do except try to keep nice terms, Japanese co-parenting laws are screwed. So this is more of a rant. Feel free to share your frustrations if you’ve experienced the same BS though 😉
