So I am 18 years old, and I was really consider moving to Japan (Tokyo), after I finish college. I want to be a programmer and live with my cat. So as an average programmer salary (¥4,121,559/ year), I could live in rent in Tokyo and also have some entertainment (eating at a restaurant with my friend, go to buy manga, go to manga cafés, etc.) ? Also, if I can get some average prices for food, rent (a place where I can live with my pet), transport, etc.
P.S. I started learning Japanese, I know hiragana and I want to start leading katakana…

Life is hard, you’ll soon learn that. But it is possible, prepare yourself for a flood of negative comments. But if it’s something you really want to do don’t let anyone stop you. Go for it. Just put a lot more thought Into it and work damn hard.
