I applied to the Ritsumeikan isse program. I’m very nervous because my grades and gpa weren’t very good. I watched a YouTube video and an Japanese guy said Japanese universities are desperate for foreigners and you can apply to any top university and actually get in. Is it true?

What makes you think Ritsumeikan is a top university? The successful foreigner guys who studied there already belonged to successful families back home. Good old-fashioned “small million dollars loan from my dad”.
Do you have to write an entrance exam as a foreign student? If so how does that work?
