There are a few 2nd Street shops in my area. One is focused on luxury goods like LV, Gucci, etc. The other one has a large selection of outdoor clothing and camping gear. I suggest checking them all and checking their inventory regularly.
i would say second hand resell shops in japan are much more trustworthy than in America at least, just don’t buy a shirt that says “Abibas” or something lol
Yes they are legit, why wouldn’t they be…
Just be aware that the people working in these stores are in general just store clerks. They do their best evaluating what they buy and sell, but sometimes they just don’t know. That includes defects – not every one of their workers can be aware and know everything about every item they happen to have.
I once bought a Steiff Teddy Bear from one of their stores that they had in a grab bag of stuffed animals, for 300 Yen. It was clearly unused and even still had the German 45€ price tag on it.
