Let’s say I finished vocabulary from Minna no nihongo 1 and 2 and also from Tobira. What’s next? I think I know the core 2k vocabulary words already. So anyone know what anki deck I can use?
After finishing Genki I briefly read graded readers and turned unknown words into flashcards (Satori Reader is good for that) and since then I’ve been mining light novels.

Once you have the vocab and grammar of an intermediate level, you could start learning by reading in Japanese. If you haven’t read outside of textbooks, start with a [graded reader](https://dokushoclub.com/2022/02/12/graded-readers/). Otherwise, pick a book/manga/article/webnovel you’re interested in and learn vocab while you read.
