Please help me find a peculiar Japanese dialect

I saw a clip here on Reddit recently, but I can’t remember what subreddit it was from or the title.

It I recall correctly, it was a local Japanese news show, and the anchorman was speaking in a rather peculiar local Japanese accent. It sounded like Korean/Hangul (just to be clear, got no ulterior motive here, just thought it was interesting and want to share it with some friends).

Can’t remember the region of Japan where it was from.
It was posted maybe a month or so ago, maybe further back.

I’ve tried searching here and on Google but can’t find it (on Google topics about Zainichi and stuff on Quora end up on top).
